Speaker Bios: Pamela Ruebusch is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TSI Group, and founded the company in 1990. Pamela has more than twenty years of executive search, recruitment, corporate training and business advisory experience, principally in the supply chain management and logistics sectors. Pamela serves on the Board of Directors of Wilfrid Laurier University ‘s School of Business and Economics and is member of the Humber College Supply Chain and Logistics Advisory Board and the CSCMP Toronto Chapter. Pamela also served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Supply Chain and Logistics Management (SCL). Ms. Ruebusch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Larry Dries is TSI Group’s Chief Operating Officer and also directs the firm’s Advisory Services and Mergers & Acquisitions practices, as well as being active in TSI Group’s retained search division, TSI Executive Search. Mr. Dries brings more than 28 years of business expertise to his present position, which has included the practice of corporate/commercial, real estate and employment law; investment banking; mortgage banking; financial advisory consulting; title insurance underwriting; development of continued professional educational materials; and, executive placement. Mr. Dries holds a Juris Doctorate degree, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree.
