Ken Hazen Ken Hazen

J. Kenneth Hazen is the President and CEO of CTSI. Ken is a native Memphian, graduating from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1975. After a successful career in industrial sales, Ken formed a transportation consulting company called Multi-Modes, Inc. in 1981 before purchasing CTSI in 1982. Hazen is the co-author of The Role of Freight Bill Payment and Transportation Management Information in the Supply Chain Industry and the recently released The Role of Transportation in the Supply Chain Industry. He has also been active in the community, serving as Chairman of Associated Catholic Charities, President of the University of Memphis Alumni Association, and has been an instrumental leader in the fundraising for St. Jude Children's Hospital, among others. Currently, Ken serves as Trustee for St. Agnes Academy/St. Dominic School and is on the Board of Visitors for the University of Memphis.

Cliff Lynch is a longtime veteran of the logistics industry. He was with The Quaker Oats Company for 29 years, the last 13 of those as Vice President - Logistics. He was president of Trammell Crow Distribution Corporation from 1987 to 1993 and, prior to joining CTSI, had provided management advisory services in logistics for 14 years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Mr. Lynch is a member of several editorial review boards and organizations, a past president of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and has received a number of awards in the field of logistics, including the CSCMP Distinguished Service Award. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis and the author of numerous articles on the subject of logistics and five books on logistics and supply chain.
